“A life is not important except in the impact it has on others’ lives.” Jim Agemy learned this early. Raised in Detroit as one of five children, he grew up in a home grounded in service, hard work, and entrepreneurship. A standout athlete, Jim was an All-State basketball player and an All-American baseball player at the University of Michigan. Although drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates and later the New York Yankees, an injury ended his baseball career—but he redirected his leadership into coaching youth baseball.

Jim has coached his sons throughout their lives and served as Treasurer of the Detroit Metro Stars, a nonprofit helping young athletes earn college baseball opportunities. Over the last eight years, the organization has helped more than 100 kids pursue higher education through baseball. Jim’s purpose has always centered on family, service, and making a meaningful impact.

Before this venture, Jim served as VP of Sales & Marketing for a national home builder, specializing in market trends and service-based sales teams. Today, he and Kim own Realty Consultants International, an eXp-powered brokerage focused on serving serious buyers and sellers. Known for their proactive, stress-free approach and strong market expertise, Jim and Kim have negotiated over $600M in real estate and are growing a team of agents committed to exceptional service.
